Before I start today’s email, there are two updates from my side

So, you know the last exam always hits hard, I was so busy with it and packing my bags.

But I didn’t forget to send you my letters 🥺 

Well, today let’s get back to the basics and know the types of emails in Email Marketing

1. Promotional Emails

Purpose: To promote a product, service, or offer.

Example: "Limited Time Offer: 20% Off Your Next Purchase"

2. Newsletter Emails

(You are reading a newsletter)

Purpose: To keep subscribers informed about any news, updates, or any trends. Best way to nurture your audience.

Example: "Dark Chocolate: Learn how to make money with emails"

3. Lead Nurturing Emails

Purpose: To educate and engage potential customers through a series of targeted emails.

It can be something like a 7 days sequence of any specific product or service.

Example: "Introduction to Our Product"

4. Survey Emails

Purpose: To gather feedback and opinions from customers.

Example: "Help Us Improve by taking our quick survey"

5. Milestone Emails

Purpose: To celebrate and acknowledge significant customer milestones or any occasion to make them a part of the process. (Read the previous edition)

Example: "Happy Birthday, here is your exclusive offer"

6. Welcome Emails

Purpose: To welcome new subscribers and set expectations.

Example: "Welcome to Our Community, Here are some quick housekeeping"

7. Dedicated Emails

Purpose: To focus on a specific topic or offer.

Example: "Summer Sale, Up to 50% Off Your Favourite Items"

8. Re-Engagement Emails

Purpose: To re-engage inactive subscribers.

Example: "We Miss You, exclusive offer to get you back"

9. Abandoned Cart Emails

Purpose: To remind customers about items left in their cart.

Example: "Don't Miss Out, Complete Your Purchase now"

Best example Amazon, Flipkart

10. Transactional Emails

Purpose: To confirm transactions, provide updates, or send any notifications.

Example: "Order Confirmation, Your order has been processed"
