Hey there 👋🏻 ,

How is it all going? (Dark chocolates are melting—too hot here!)

Today, I have 3 amazing emails to share that will help you understand why you struggle to make money with emails.

I often hear people say they hate reading sales emails.

But let me tell you a secret: the problem isn't with the sales; it's with the content.

If your content looks like:

‘Buy my stuff, here is the link to pay,’

Then I’m sorry to say, you can’t make sales with your emails.

To make sales with your emails, you need to take your customer on a journey.

Today, I’ll show you how you can do just that.

The first one you gonna read is Smalls

It is a cat food brand

They are not screaming to buy their product they are telling you, how to use their product and how you can get the best out of it.

When you scream to buy your product, people often ignore it.

Instead let them understand you care about them and let them come with you in the journey.

Also, an interesting point is they have made the copy so to the point, no fluff.

Up Next we have DavidsTea

They are a tea brand.

One of the best email marketing where retargeting is an art.

I have seen very less emails which is highly personalized like this.

As I always say, clear copy always wins over clear copy.

This is one of the finest example. Layman’s terms.

Don’t you think, you will buy after this?

See? the problems are not the readers (though you need to know your audience too), the problem is your copy.

Now the last one is buoy

A company that creates water infusion products

42% of consumers say they’re more likely to buy a product based on a brand's commitment to diversity and inclusion (up 17% from last year), so consumers care, now more than ever, that the companies they buy from are committed to social responsibility. (Hubspot)

Can you see they started their mail with ‘We Need Your Help’

They are not asking you to buy directly, they are asking you to

I have said this in the beginning of the mail, you need to involve the customers in the journey.

So, after this email, You will never say, people never buy, as you got the answer. People buy only when you make the feel buying it.

I will write my last two papers in the coming week, after that I will officially called an engineer, lol.

So yeah, gotta study.

Till then keep grabbing Dark Chocolate

Bye!
