Hi people,
A very good morning to all of you!
I’m Shagufta writing this edition with the help of a YouTube tutorial as Anirban is enjoying his vacation in Kashmir. He handed over this responsibility but didn’t tell me exactly how to use these templates. 😏
So, thanking YouTube for the help! 🙂
Ok, moving on to today’s edition.
We’ll talk about 5 very common email marketing mistakes that you might be making while sending those outreaches or even professional emails.
We’ve all been there.
You send out “the perfect email,” but don’t get the results and your hard work goes in vain.
Maybe it’s a low open rate, or perhaps no one’s clicking. But don’t worry! You can reverse it with a few tweaks.
Here are five common email mistakes and easy ways to fix them so you can start seeing better results.

1. Weak Subject Lines
Your subject line is the first thing people see, and if it doesn’t grab their attention, your email won’t get opened. Avoid vague or clickbait titles like "Open Now!" that have no meaning.
Say no to "Check this out!", and try something more specific like "Boost Your Sales with These 3 Simple Tips."
2. Too Many Emails
If you think sending frequent emails to stay connected to your subs will get you results faster, you’ll regret it. Too many emails can overwhelm your audience and they can unsubscribe real fast.
You can send them a weekly or bi-weekly email and focus on delivering value. Don’t need to bombard their inboxes daily.
3. Not Personalizing Your Content
Use generic content or the same message for everyone and get ignored by everyone. People respond better when they feel like the message is just for them.
Use their name or write content based on their previous interactions with your brand.
4. Ignoring Mobile Optimization
Most people open emails on their phones, so if your email isn’t optimized for mobile, your audience might skip it.
You can test your emails on mobile devices before sending them to ensure images, text, and links look good and are easy to click.
5. Weak Call to Action (CTA)
People won’t know what action to take if your CTA is hidden or unclear. A strong, clear CTA is a must to guide them.
Avoid using “Click here,” and try something specific like “Download your free guide.”

Email marketing doesn’t have to be hard. Just a few changes, and you’ll be on your way to sending the perfect email.
So, we’ve come to an end. It’s done, people. I have finally done it.
But I couldn’t add more images and links because the options aren’t working. 😭
Anyway, hope you found it helpful. : )
